What we collect
REpSEARCH stores the email address and authentication identity needed to operate your account. When you use member features, we may also store your Watchlist, saved searches, uploaded watch photos, saved QC reports, coarse feature activity, allowance usage, and revocable session information such as a general device label and last-active time.
QC images
Manual QC work is performed in your browser. Smart Analysis sends selected images to our server for transient processing. The original analysis upload is not retained by that operation. If you deliberately save a QC report or Watchlist photo, the resulting image and report data are stored for your account until deleted.
Registration security
We process short-lived security signals, including network address, Cloudflare Turnstile results, rate-limit records, and form timing or honeypot results, to prevent automated registrations and abuse. We do not use these signals for advertising.
Service providers
We use service providers for hosting, authentication and email delivery, including DigitalOcean, Supabase, Cloudflare, and Brevo. They process information only as needed to provide those services and under their own privacy terms.
Retention and choices
Account content is retained while your account is active or as needed to operate and secure the service. Expired sessions and short-lived registration security records are periodically removed. You may delete individual Watchlist photos, watches, saved searches, and QC reports in the application. To request a copy or deletion of the remainder of your account data, visit Support.
